AnimalBehavior.Net (ABN) offers a flat fee of $120 for a Pet Behavior History Analysis or an hourly rate for behavior education through the ABN Affiliate Group.

Only KEEN members may access this feature. Registering with KEEN is free.

Directions for Making a Phone Appointment

1. To begin, go here to registar or visit ABN Educators
   
   You will need to create a KEEN Username and Password.
   
   Make sure to write your 4 digit KEEN PIN in a safe place.
   
2. You will need a credit card to add funds to your "KEEN account" before you are able to complete a call. 
   
3. If you are on a call and your funds deplete, the system will allow you to choose whether to add more funds or disconnect the call. 
   
4. Any funds not used can be refunded to your card through the KEEN website.
   
5. Your phone number and all your personal information is secure and kept completely confidential by KEEN. You control the length of the call.
   
6. On the ABN Authors and Educators page, click the "call now" button or call 1-800-ASK KEEN to join KEEN and choose your educator. You will be asked for the educator's extension #
   
7. Once you are a member you will need your 4 digit PIN in order to use 800-ASK-KEEN.
   
8. If the the educator's button is not active, click it anyway and then click request an appointment.  
   
9. Call ABN directly at (800) 372-3706 x 87, to let them know you have scheduled an appointment. The educator will contact you to confirm or change the scheduled time.
