Doing everything right but
Evaluate potential medical concern.
Get blood work (kidney
and adrenal glands), Urinalysis (bladder), and fecal exam
(parasites and colon)
Evaluate time left alone vs. access to toilet.
This dog may be
the exception, and simply not able to hold it as long as others.
Maybe old indoor target sites not sufficiently cleaned.
Increase leashed exercise off the property.
Then you are there to give command
“Go Potty!” just at beginning, and praise after.
